By accessing and using Shrelix ERP, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. In addition, when using these particular services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services.
Shrelix ERP provides a cloud-based Enterprise Resource Planning platform. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the services with or without notice to the user.
You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes. You are solely responsible for the knowledge of and adherence to any and all laws, rules, and regulations pertaining to your use of the services. You shall not use our services to store or transmit malicious code, or to interfere with the integrity of the platform.
In no event shall Shrelix ERP be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or the inability to use the service. You use the platform at your own risk.
